- Polish jewelry! Drop two Alka-Seltzer tablets into a glass of water and immerse the jewelry for two minutes.
- A soft cloth wet in alcohol, is excellent to wipe off plate glass and mirrors, and prevents their becoming frosty in winter. |

Disclosure Policy:
Anything that is unstable, unsecured or a danger to the cleaners must be disclosed during your consultation. For example, pictures hanging on tacks, screw plugs coming loose from walls, unsteady artwork, unstable stands, glass mirrors hidden behind couches etc. Cleaners take note of anything questionable that was not previously disclosed in the client file and notice is given to the client who must then take responsibility for the item being repaired or removed on cleaning day.
Also, crowded hallways or other areas are considered hazards and need to be either addressed or avoided.
Payment Policy:
We accept cash, cheque or you can pay by credit card through PayPal for an additional 3% of your bill total.
Payment is always due at the end of the service. There is a fee of $5/day for late payments and full payment is necessary before your next service date. For weekly and bi-weekly clients wishing to pay monthly we ask for a post-dated cheque due on the first visit of the month; otherwise, the above rule for late payment applies. If there is a problem with your cheque including stop payments or NSF's, a $70 fee will be charged and payable immediately.

Contribution to the environment:
We are very big on promoting recycling efforts and often transport paper products, bottles and other materials to recycling depots whenever recycling practices do not exist. We book our workdays in the same area to save on unnecessary emissions. We have environmental products available to our clients and are also very happy to use specialty environmental products that our clients supply. We are happy to remove bottles, clothing and small household items to support charities throughout the city of Edmonton.
Community involvement:
This year we have been involved in the capital city cleanup project. We are happy to report that we were able to remove a full bag of pornography that was partially buried in a schoolyard! We encourage all our clients to do their part in keeping our city clean and beautiful. It’s where we live, let’s be proud owners.
